Which States Actually Observe Indigenous Peoples’ Day on the Second Monday in October?

According to the Pew Research Center, there are only four states and the District of Columbia that observe the official holiday solely under that name (or a close variant) and on that day, replacing the former Columbus Day. Happily, Vermont is one of the four. Much more detail here.
